WOOD IS GIVEN

The collection of pine firewood from pruning and felling carried out inside the Arboretum is allowed with the prior authorization of the Center's staff . The collection of firewood is subject to availability, so it is recommended to call the Center in advance (Tel. 91 898 21 32).
CONDITIONS FOR COLLECTION:

  • Pick-up time: Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10am to 6pm.
  • Authorization and collection guidelines given by the Center staff (ask at the information booth) and mandatory.
  • There are also larger logs, so it is recommended to bring a tool to chop it.
  • The transfer to the vehicle is carried out by the person who comes for the firewood, so it is recommended to bring a basket, bag or wheelbarrow.
  • The extraction of firewood from the exhibition areas is not allowed: stump, charcoal burner and scolithid trap.
