I International Congress on Functional Diversity and the Environment

The event that will revolutionize the union between disability and the environment, is held on June 7, 8 and 9 at the Manzanares Environmental Education Center , Manzanares el Real (Madrid) in collaboration with the Luis Ceballos Arboreto Environmental Education Centers and Valle de la Fuenfría , which will carry out activities associated with the Congress.

Projects of a social nature for accessibility will surprise you. 

Do you know Guadarrama 2.0 ? The Congress will be divided into different  themes:

• New techniques . Nowadays, a multitude of equipments are emerging that facilitate the approach to nature for those with reduced or complete mobility. In this area, we invite participants to tell about  those innovations that are being applied in the natural environment.

• Approach methodologies. Treat those applied methodologies that best suit each of the  needs and which ones are preferred for working abroad.

• Adapted activities.  Exchange of ideas and solutions used in the natural environment.

• Needs and demands. Analyze those challenges, proposals and objectives raised when carrying out the activities  and their improvement.

• Environmental Education Centers and other adapted centers. Adaptability and access to centers and other places of  general interest is necessary when planning routes and activities.

Finally we will have the opportunity to learn progression techniques with different groups (joilete chairs, guide poles, etc.).
