“Classics in Guadarrama” Dramatized Path, August 31

On Saturday August 31 , the Guadarrama Tourist Office , the Valle de la Fuenfría and Ednya Environmental Center , organize an urban walk through the municipality of Guadarrama where according to a legend in the summer months the "inspiration" of the Guadarrama poets appears , a character called " Mundillo" who arises at night because he feels close to the soul of artists and poets who were inspired and fell in love with the Sierra de Guadarrama.
The character will interact with the attendees since he is from a very old time and is totally lost, he does not know where he is, he will be surprised to see the clothes of the current time. Mundillo, being pure art, will perform various classic characters at the La Torre de Guadarrama Cultural Center , in the courtyard of the old Casa Aralar (current Guadarrama youth house) and will delight the public with poetic scenes full of charm.
We will have the educators of the Valle de la Fuenfría Center in collaboration with Educación, Naturaleza y Animation SL (Ednya). You will discover fables and curious facts about the mountains, you will delve into antiquity and the emblematic corners of the municipality of Guadarrama and an endless number of unforgettable surprises.
Just 50 minutes from Madrid (48 km) and in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama on the A-6 highway, exit 42, taking the N-IV towards Puerto de Guadarrama, you will spend a night full of magic.
Mundillo will be interpreted by a professional actor, Félix Montero , with a great professional career in theater as in "El lindo Don Diego", "Teatro del Siglo de Oro" and "El perro del hortelano", in film on "Maktub" and on television in "Aída", "Paco's men" and "Red Eagle".
Prior registration is required at the Guadarrama Tourism Office 91 849 47 03 / turismo@guadarrama.es . Registrations will be made from Friday 23 to Thursday 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Tuesday to Saturday) and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Registration will be open until Thursday, August 29 or when the available places are completed.
